The Labor Response Community (LRC) is a community benefit organization rooted in the values of solidarity and mutual aid in the Inland Empire. We turn the power of collective action into tangible support for working families, turning union values into direct action and mutual aid—from food security with career connections to connecting members with community emergency response.
Our Story
LRC fosters deep partnerships with local unions to create a community of helpers. These helpers will enhance the well-being and security of our community, leverage the diverse skills and experiences within our community. The LRC hopes to ensure the community has a trusted, organized support system, built in partnership with local labor.
